Digital printing : we’ve fetched in 6 sets (called Roland FJ-740)digital printing equipment from JAPAN , the width we could do is 158CM, its capacity is to get 60,000 square meters during a month . Digital machine normally use for our development , such as s/o for approval , then to do related salesman samples , and the final pre-production s/o . However ,if there’re many arts , even single art , if the quantity is low , we’ll take digital as priority . the goodness is no need to do mould , for mould need to pay high cost .also we could save time , digital just use 1-3days , you could adjust your art and color in computer easily . it’s easy to do change , low cost in develop process . also the art could be done in highest quality , color will be shining as it is .  We ‘ve used the original materials with no disadvantage ,it’s good to environmental protection .Technical level was confirmed via ITS KAKEN SGS test.
